The 'Lyoness' lie is an 'Amway' copycat, complete with its own Lady Haw-Haw.

____________________________________________________________________________________________
Readers please note that, as a result of well-informed complaints to Carrefour in France and Lego in Denmark, both these reputable European companies now no longer do business with the 'Lyoness'  racketeers ( Jan 7th, 2013).

I have previously described 'Lyoness' as an 'Amway' copycat; self-evidently both of these occult totalitarian organizations have exhibited the universal identifying characteristics of a cult.

As part of an overall pattern of ongoing major racketeering activity, for several years, the bosses of the 'Amway' mob have attempted to maintain an absolute monopoly of information on the Internet, by hiding behind a handful of reality-inverting propagandists.

This transparent little gang of latter-day Lord, and Lady, Haw-Haws has constantly repeated the precisely-worded 'Amway positive' script  in which they have generally ridiculed any suggestion that 'Amway' is a cult or a scam whilst steadfastly pretending:

to be independent, objective, morally and intellectually authoritative commentators on the 'Amway MLM income opportunity,' trying to broadcast facts in the face of a few biased, negative and ill-informed critics who have broadcast fiction.

Tellingly, these intellectually-castrated 'Amway' propagandists have been unable to answer the most basic, common-sense questions concerning the hidden results the so-called 'lawful Amway MLM income opportunity.'

e.g.
  • Since the organization's instigation, exactly how many people around the world have signed-up with 'Amway,' and exactly how many of these alleged 'Independent Business Owners' have got back more money than they paid in?
  • What quantifiable evidence can you supply which would prove that the so-called 'Amway income opportunity' has had any significant and sustainable revenue other than that deriving from a never-ending chain of losing participants?

Bearing all this in mind, it should come as no surprise to regular readers of this Blog to learn that the bosses of the 'Lyoness' mob are also attempting to maintain an absolute monopoly of information on the Internet, by hiding behind a reality-inverting propagandist.

This transparent latter-day Lady Haw-Haw has constantly repeated the precisely-worded 'Lyoness positive' script  in which she has generally ridiculed any suggestion that 'Lyoness' is a cult or a scam whilst steadfastly pretending to be an independent, objective, morally and intellectually authoritative commentator on the 'Lyoness income opportunity,' trying to broadcast facts in the face of a few biased, negative and ill-informed critics who have broadcast fiction.

The lone 'Lyoness' Lady Haw-Haw, goes by the name of 'Jeanette Hayworth.' She claims to be a citizen of Saint Kitts and Nevis, and a retired investigative journalist. 'Jeanette' justifies her sudden interest in 'Lyoness' by recounting the following fairy story:

'A friend of more than forty years attended a Lyoness presentation and was intrigued. She is also retired and is interested in supplementing her Social Security and savings. Unlike me, she is a citizen of the United States. After the presentation, she attempted to engage in responsible due diligence on Lyoness, but found it difficult to distinguish fact from fiction. She called in a favor (I owe her more than I can count!) and asked me for help. I certainly have the time and still enjoy deep research, so agreed. After sifting through all available data, I “green lighted” the business opportunity. After more consideration, she chose to become a member and is now developing her business.'

Blog readers will notice that the bosses of the 'Lyoness' mob have been trying to lure people (particularly, doubting-victims who might complain to law enforcement agents, the media, etc.) to their reality-inverting propaganda Site, by using the label, 'Lyoness Scam Review.' When the wider-picture is examined, 'Jeanette Hayworth retired investigative journalist' is revealed as having been a blatant attempt to obstruct justice, and this absurd, intellectually-castrated character has been part of an overall pattern of ongoing major racketeering activity.

'Lyoness' racketeer, Hubert Freidl, a.k.a. 'Jeanette Hayworth?'

So come on 'Jeanette,' don't be shy, if you really are the retired investigative journalist whom you have so carefully described on the Internet (and not Hubert Freidl in disguise), could you please answer the following basic, common-sense questions concerning the hidden results of the so-called 'lawful Lyoness income opportunity,' which you claim to have so deeply-researched (out of the kindness of your heart) on behalf of your unnamed American friend:

  • Since the organization's instigation, exactly how many people around the world have signed-up with 'Lyoness,' and exactly how many of these alleged 'Independent Business Representatives' have got back more money than they paid in?
  • What quantifiable evidence can you supply which would prove that the so-called 'Lyoness income opportunity' has had any significant and sustainable revenue other than that deriving from a never-ending chain of losing participants?

Foolishly, by exporting their clandestine criminal enterprise to America, Hubert Freidl and his greedy little associates have left themselves wide-open to criminal, and civil, prosecution in the USA, under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act 1970.

  2. Thank-you for your kind appreciation 'comfort-eagle,' but the many readers of this Blog would be most interested to read (in less than 1000 words) the exact reason why you have applied your critical, and evaluative, faculties to the observation of the 'Lyoness' lie?

  3. Interesting, but how much time have you spent actually looking at what Lyoness has done to prove itself ligit?

    For instance TUV Rheinland certification?

And how many scams build schools and work with Nelson Mandela?

And how many scams can you join free and make money from?

Yes I am a member of Lyoness, and very interested in your answers.

I liked your opening quote by the way:

"self-evidently both of these occult totalitarian organizations have exhibited the universal identifying characteristics of a cult."

Just like modern medicine and modern science then?

    Be Well

  4. OK, I just read your post about Jimmy Savile. So because Jimmy was up to no good it means Lyoness is too?

As for some of your other posts, I would like to see your evidence that people can't make money.

So far I've saved £250 at places I would normally have shopped, and made £90 from introducing others. My 'big' outlay has been about £9 from introducing others.

    Cheers

  5. Christopher Pickard confesses that he has made £90 from introducing others to 'Lyoness;' yet trading schemes which are based on the crack-pot pseudo-economic theory that ever-expanding recruitment + payment by the recruits = ever-expanding profits for the recruits, are unlawful in the UK.

At the end of my piece comparing Hubert Freidl with Jimmy Savile (which Mr. Pickard does not seem to have fully understood), I said:

Should any more intellectually-castrated worshippers of 'income opportunity' racketeers be considering contacting this Blog to enquire how I can possibly accuse the objects of their unquestioning devotion of being crooks, when they have given so much to charity?, the short answer to their scripted-question is as follows:

During the course of my research into 'income opportunity' racketeers, I have discovered that all of them have attempted to prevent, and/or divert, investigation of their hidden criminal activities by steadfastly pretending to be 'philanthropists.' When seen in isolation (by casual observers), the creation of, and the giving of money to, charity can appear to be perfectly lawful activities. However, in the case of numerous gangs of 'income opportunity' racketeers ('Amway', 'Herbalife', NuSkin', 'Xango', 'Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing', 'Lyoness', etc.) when the wider picture is examined, these same activities are revealed as a blatant attempt to obstruct justice, forming part of an overall pattern of ongoing major racketeering activity.

Strange isn't it that the bosses of the 'Lyoness' racket are not challenging the accuracy of my published analysis?

Strange also that the bosses of the 'Lyoness' racket have also found it necessary to put so much effort into trying to prove that they are not charlatans?

Christopher Pickard's arguments are essently identical to those put forward by 'Amway' propagandists and repeated by all unquestioning 'Income Opportunity' cult adherents.

However, so far, Mr. Pickard would appear to be only nibbling on the bait in the 'Lyoness' trap.

The bosses of 'Lyoness' have obtained a standard ISO 9001 certificate from TUV Rheinland. I suggest that Mr. Pickard put his ego to one side and calmly do some independent research on the Net. to find out exactly what this banal document refers to.

'Lyoness' is already the subject of detailed complaints to both TUV Rheinland and Quality Austria. It is absolutely against the published rules of both these ISO certification bodies for organizations holding ISO certificates to make any claim that such documents are a guarantee of trust.

Nelson Mandella is now a sick old man. Hubert Freidl has apparently got access to him through one of his grandsons. Readers should be aware that, in order to avoid investigation, Bernie Madoff gave millions of stolen dollars to various charities. The list of charlatans who have tried to avoid investigation using similar tactics is endless. e.g. The bosses of the 'Amway' racket have posed with current and former US presidents and given fortunes to UNICEF.

If Mr. Pickard suddenly recovers his critical and evaluative faculties and reads, and digests, the 'Universal Identifying Characteristics of a Cult,' then he might discover just how absurd his statement referring to modern medicine and science, is.

Well that is of course a major benefit of exploiting such a system - you are inherently so small that your products stay off the radar of consumer organisations and test institutes and all false claims that are made are not your fault, as they are made by 'independent representatives'.
