'MLM' Pitchman, Donald Trump, Picks 'MLM' Racketeer, Betsy DeVos, as Education Secretary.

Warning

More than half a century of quantifiable evidence, proves beyond all reasonable doubt that what has become popularly known as 'Multi-Level Marketing' is nothing more than an absurd, cultic, economic pseudo-science, and that the impressive-sounding made-up term 'MLM,' is, therefore, part of an extensive, thought-stopping, non-traditional jargon which has been developed, and constantly-repeated, by the instigators, and associates, of various, copy-cat, major, and minor, ongoing organised crime groups (hiding behind labyrinths of legally-registered corporate structures) to shut-down the critical, and evaluative, faculties of victims, and of casual observers, in order to perpetrate, and dissimulate, a series of blame-the-victim closed-market swindles or pyramid scams (dressed up as 'legitimate direct selling income opportunites'), and related advance-fee frauds (dressed up as 'legitimate training and motivation, self-betterment, programs, recruitment leads, lead generation systems,' etc.)

Earlier today my Blog was swamped with visits to 'Amway' pages. I then discovered that Donald Trump has named Betsy DeVos as Education Secretary.

As Donald Trump gets set to take over as the next US President, media attention has again suddenly focused on what he will do with his business and whether his largely-opaque money making activities represent a conflict of interest prohibited by the US Constitution.

During the campaign,Trump never stopped boasting of his tremendous wealth and business skills. He now claims he will hand complete control of his business to his three eldest children - Donald Jr, Ivanka and Eric. However, this move has done nothing to allay fears that Trump will exploit the presidency to his own financial advantage and to that of his associates.

To date, only a few journalists have delved into Trump's 'MLM' racketeering activities, but perhaps the appointment of Betsy DeVos will change this situation.

For decades, the Utopian 'MLM income opportunity'  lie has been used to bedazzle, blame and steal billions of dollars from, millions of constantly-churning victims around the world.

The appointment Ms. DeVos to an influential position of government in itself represents a huge conflict of interest. For a start, she is a prominent member of one of the original 'Amway' cultic crime families, whilst her brother, Erik Prince (the instigator of 'Blackwater'), has been one of the most-controversial figures in the USA in recent years.

  1. What role has Betsy Devos played in 'Amway'?

    1. Anonymous - Mountains of money (stolen via the 'Amway' racket) have passed through corporate structures which Mr & Mrs DeVos have controlled. The depth to which the Republican party has been infiltrated and corrupted by these 'Amway' racketeers, beggars belief. The central role of the DeVos clan in these countless criminal acts of infiltration and corruption, forms part of an overall pattern of ongoing major racketering activity as defined by the US federal RICO Act, 1970.

    2. Trump won the election with the same speil 'Amway' teaches.

    3. Anonymous - Donald Trump's 'political' meetings could have been 'Amway' rallies. Indeed, they could have been any 'MLM' rallies.

    5. Anonymous - Trump's transparent tactic when faced with persons with fully-functioning critical faculties challenging his ritualised 'Make America Great Again' chant, has been to character assassinate them.

The point at issue, has then become lost in a smoke-screen secondary argument.

Trump's tactic can be summed up as:

      Always Attack: Never Defend!

  2. David,
The leader of the free world is a hollow cult of personality with his fingerprints all over the MLM fairy story both directly and through his closest confidants in Icahn and the Devos. the similarities of the the Trump campaign and an MLM rally are scary. Where do we go from here? I would imagine this complicates matters on the FTC v Herbalife fight.

    1. ShakeOilSalesman - Don't be downcast. Looking at the wider-picture, I don't actually think that the situation has changed that much. The 'MLM' monopoly of information continues to crumble and John Oliver's recent piece has helped greatly. Indeed, Trump's election and choice of Ms. Devos has already drawn more media attention to the 'MLM' phenomenon, and certainly outside of the USA.

Trump's comic-book controlling scenario has been essentially identical to that employed by all 'MLM' racketeers.

'For ordinary poor humans wanting to achieve the American Dream: only strong, positive, wealthy and successful superhumans like him (who have already achived their dreams and goals), know what they are doing and should be followed - everyone else is a weak loser and a negative threat to achieving the American Dream.'

On the bright side, Donald Trump is only the temporary President of the USA, but in respect of the 'MLM' phenomenon, the shackles which he will surely attempt to fix on federal regulatory, and law enforcement, agents (by going baack to conveniently deaf, dumb and blind senior officials) might again take many years to break.

To their eternal shame, despite the determined efforts of persons like myself and Robert FitzPatrick, et al, two Obama administrations failed to wake up, take decisive action and identify the real hidden cultic nature of the 'MLM' problem, let alone tackle it. If that had happened, then Donald Trump might very well be sharing a jail cell with Michael Johnson today.

Ironically, parts of the Donald Trump fairy story were true, particularly his mocking-descriptions of US government weakness; and he ought to know, because he's been one of the crooks taking advantage of this situation.

One morally, and intellectually, feeble (retired) Democrat politician whom I'd personally love to challenge about all of this, is the 'Herbalife' Useful Idiot, Madeleine Albright, but I've previously found it impossible to contact her directly.

    1. Living the Nightmare - If you just Google search 'Betsy/Dick DeVos contributions.'

Remember these are publicly declared payments - we have no idea what has been offered behind closed doors.

The 'Foundation for Excellence in Education' website states that Betsy DeVos has been 'active in Republican politics since college,' serving as elected chairman of the Michigan Republican Party four times between 1996 and 2005.

She has also held 'numerous leadership roles with campaigns, party organizations, and political action committees.'

Betsy DeVos is 'Chairman of The Windquest Group (TWG) - a Michigan-based, privately held enterprise and investment management firm with diversified projects in technology, manufacturing, clean-tech and nonprofit solutions.'

The DeVos family has given extensively in campaign finance donations. According to the Michigan Campaign Finance Network, during one 56-day period alone this summer, DeVos family members have made $1.45 million in disclosed contributions to Michigan candidates, state PACs, and Republican party organizations in Michigan.

The network added that, 'DeVos family members have given $178,200 to 20 Republican State House candidates over the last two months.' During the 2013-2014 election cycle, 'MCFN tracked a total of $4.9 million in contributions by members of the DeVos family, making the family the largest individual or family group of donors in Michigan for that cycle.'

The Washington Post says, in 2016, the family gave $2.7 million to the Republican Party, its candidates and PACS.

The Hill said 'no family in conservative politics donated more money directly to political campaigns in 2015.'

    2. Living the Nightmare - Once you know how the 'Amway' racket functions, it's not difficult to see the hidden criminal objectives behind the DeVos clan's public 'philanthropy' and 'political contributions'.

This sanctimonious gang of thieves has been hiding behind the likes of Betsy Devos and using lawfully, and ulawfully, obtained money to buy politicians and opinion makers (and not just Republicans).

For decades, the 'Amway' crime families have been gnawing their way into the heart of traditional culture in the USA. They've long since reached depth which makes Mafia bosses look like a bunch of amateurs.

Furthermore, the 'Amway' crime families have opened the way for literally hundreds of copy-cat 'MLM' racketeers.
