Thankfully the authorities in the vast majority of countries in the world, discounting a few 3rd world and communist countries with corrupt governments, know this goes on too. Your knowledge and the reality seem to be miles apart.'

-------------------------------------------------------

To which I say, 'Anonymous' - you are a typical 'MLM' liar with nothing (not even your given name) to back up your anecdotal claims.

Currently, William S. Perhaps you are frightened that you might soon be joining him?

Currently, 'Herbalife' is under federal investigation in the USA, because it's bosses have been telling essentially the same, absurd, financial fairy story which you have attempted to post. I'm happy to see that in your second reply you've corrected that. Of course its not unlawful to buy products for your own use.....this is what every distributor should be doing as how else would they be able to recommend them to others? Most distributors of course don't recommend the products or the business to others and this is why they earn nothing, or do you think they should be earning a bonus merely for being a customer?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7762286463497378104.post-8434560719654688122014-06-09T16:55:30.819+02:002014-06-09T16:55:30.819+02:00Anonymous - I will treat this question as serious,...Anonymous - I will treat this question as serious, but if you think you are going to be allowed to waste my time by ignoring my detailed responses, by continuing to ask essentially the same question, you can think again.

Self-evidently, Indian criminal law does not prohibit people from buying products and/ or services for their own use, what it does prohibit is criminals charlatans persuading ill-informed people to keep buying effectively-unsaleable products, and or /services, by telling them the lie that, by doing so and by recruiting others to do the same, ad infinitum, they can earn money. This why I usually refer to them as 'wampum.'David Brearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11122471861776758998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7762286463497378104.post-12142969103861241222014-06-09T14:26:50.829+02:002014-06-09T14:26:50.829+02:00Just out of interest David, why can't someone ...Just out of interest David, why can't someone who is a distributor also be a customer/end user of the products they are selling?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
